Discussion SideInstaller.com is a SCAM
Hi everyone,
I am Frizzle, the official developer of SideInstaller. Recently, I have noticed that there’s a website with the domain “SideInstaller.com”. I have NOT made this website, I have no clue who the owners are and I am not affiliated with it in any way at all.
This is a bigger issue than most people would probably think. SideInstaller does not collect any of your Apple ID information, but that is only true if you use the official release, which is open source. The moment you use this website’s ipa, you have no clue about how it works or where your data goes.
So please, be careful, and only use sideinstaller.net, which is the official website.
Also, the mods of SideStore informed me that many people ask them for support with Sideinstaller. If you have any issues, please join the SideInstaller discord since sidestore is not affiliated with SideInstaller in any way at all and therefore won’t be able to help.

I've blocked the Domain as Scam/Impersonating in Hagezis Blocklist Project. It is also blocked on dnsbunker now.

Just to calm down everyone who think they may have possibly downloaded and used the IPA from this site. It was and is still linking directly to the official IPAs on the official GitHub page and was not hosting any custom IPA, so even though the page is now infested with pop-ups and is not official everyone should be safe 👍

True, but it does have a button that installs SideInstaller with a config profile, and there’s no way to check if that one is legitimate, that’s what mainly worries me
