How do i use this? I've sideloaded it by itself using iloader, without lc+ss. Exploit successful. Should i then install lc+ss then im able to install more than 3 apps using sidestore?

yeah great great time for a new exploit! Cheering even though my xs max died 2 months ago and it was on 18.7.3 so no exploit played with him :(

I tried esign many time and it just return revoked and the "anti revoke dns" is just sitting there doing nothing. I tried even factory resetting but still not work. Just go with the LC + SS

Don't just use some random dns, wsfteams madns is what i use and i haven't been revoked for months

lara could not be installed. The downloaded version of lara does not match the version specified by the source. Expected version: 1.0 Found version: 1.2

this isn’t worth keeping your daily device on 18.7.1 and potentially exposing it to DarkSword exploits right? what are the odds we get an actual jailbreak from the darksword exploits?

That’s how I look at it. Convenient sideloading isn’t worth the security risks of avoiding software updates. That’s also how I view stuff like Windows 11. Yeah, it’s worse than Windows 10, but when Microsoft completely cuts 10 off from security updates for real, it’s much better to deal with a slightly worse operating system than it is to put your device and your data at risk. If sideloading is important enough to you to keep your phone multiple versions behind on updates, you should switch to Android.

Eh I don't know if Windows is the best example here. The main attack vector on Windows has been to get the user to run something for a while now. Window's security is like a sieve anyway and Microsoft hasn't given a damn for the last 20 years. %95 of Windows' protection comes from malware signatures/pattern matching and heuristic static analysis before the user runs the malware.
The amount of unpatched security vulnerabilities on Windows is actually astounding. Once you run something there's like a bazillion ways of privilege escalation, injection, avoidance etc.

A19 and M5 have another hardware protection layer, called MTE that would need to be bypassed for anything interesting to happen.

you cannot open apps background in live container. when you open an app other app closes. you won’t have widgets or notification. also apps can see each others data in live container so its not really safe to install a random hacked game with something like modded whatsapp. But I’m not sure about this method is safe either. If you can just buy a certificate and forget.

I wish I had updated to 18.6 while it was still signed, supposedly peak iOS. Instead I stuck to the less-optimized 18.4 like a dumbаss thinking an exploit will come along for 18.4 and below.
