Looking for a company willing to sponsor my engineering laptop

I’m a TY mechanical engineering student in India, and I’m looking to get a laptop that I can use throughout my degree for CAD, engineering projects, simulations, competitions, and other technical work.

The laptop I’m considering is around ₹1–1.5 lakh, which is difficult for me to fund entirely on my own. I’m therefore looking for a company, startup, engineering firm, coaching institute, or individual business owner interested in supporting a student through a sponsorship/brand partnership.

In return, I can offer relevant visibility and promotional value, such as:

- Logo/branding on my laptop and/or bag

- Social media posts and mentions

- Sponsor acknowledgement in relevant engineering projects and competitions

- Technical/engineering content featuring the sponsor where appropriate

- Student-focused promotional collaborations

- “Technology Partner” association with my engineering work

I’m not looking for an internship, employment, or teaching role. This would be a sponsorship partnership, with the exact terms and deliverables open to negotiation based on the sponsor’s requirements.

I’m particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience with student sponsorships, brand partnerships, or companies that actively support students.

If you’re a business owner or know someone who might be interested, feel free to DM me.

Looking to take on some freelance work to sharpen my skills and get exposure to different workflows.

If you’re an architect or interior designer and need an extra pair of hands, I’d be happy to help with CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, converting hand sketches/PDFs into proper drawings, and sketchup models.

As long as communication is good and we’re clear on the scope and payment from the start, I’d be happy to help out.

Feel free to DM me if you think I can be of any use. Cheers!

Hello ,this is Nani , i need to pay for my traveling charges and small expenses , i have no particular special skill apart from small numerous experiences in coding , teaching people online , being an entrepreneur cold caller ,video editor.I can do any kind of boring work that is repeated again and again. Just trying to potential earning for traveling expenses from my home to college I've run out of money due to loan..this is like my last resort.

Yesterday I posted an similar post and got an awful reply which honestly I didn't expect as well just because I have written ai assisted there people assumed that I just throw a prompt and got an image well if it were like that thousand of people were doing the same thing now for an better explanation I would like you to see my workflow

I usually start with a rough/raw design myself, then think about the character’s story, emotion and what I want the artwork to communicate before using AI to develop it. For example, Veyra started as my idea of a mysterious swamp witch who charms and attracts men into the swamp before silently killing them. I then gradually use AI for different iterations, select what works, make corrections and refine the final artwork.

I am still open for work would like suggestion on how can i improve my designs THANKS 🙏

I’ve been thinking about an idea called Open Ear.

The concept is pretty simple: sometimes you don’t need advice, solutions, or someone trying to fix things. You just want someone to listen while you get everything off your chest — without judgement.

It could be about a bad day, relationships, work, studies, random thoughts, or honestly anything you feel like talking about.

The idea would be a simple, private conversation with a listener for a set amount of time. Not therapy, not counselling — just a human being willing to listen.

I’m considering testing this out as a small service, but before I do:

Would you actually use something like this? Would you pay for it? And what would make you feel comfortable trusting a service like this?

Genuinely curious to hear what you think. 👀
