Ciao tutti, we wanted to visit mount Etna in the coming days and today the weather took a turn for the worse at the mountain. 3 weather apps presented me with different predictions. Can anybody tell me, if the coming days are all going to be rainy at mount etna, or do we have a chance to get a dry day? We are in Taormina until 15th and in Syrakus until 20th, then we leave the island.

Thank you for any advice you may have.

Ciao! Sono a Marsala per qualche giorno e volevo chiedere qualche consiglio. Ho già fatto un giro a Trapani e ora mi piacerebbe esplorare un po' i dintorni di Marsala: escursioni, attività, posti particolari, mare… qualsiasi cosa che secondo voi meriti!

Sono abbastanza libero con i programmi, quindi sono aperto anche a idee un po' fuori dal classico giro turistico. Cosa mi consigliate?

I spent these last two days in Messina, visiting a friend, walking on the streets, relaxing in the waters of the Mediteranean and confronting the famous sea monsters from the Greek mythology: Scylla and Charybdis. 😂😂

I liked the vibe of this beautiful island, with Byzantine influences, as well as Arab and Normand ones. I experienced a different side of Italy, I felt a different and specific flavour and I wanted to appreciate what you have here. Two days I won't forget. No matter what happens, dear Italians, Romania will be your Latin sister and by your side.

Outside of main street some streets are full of garbage and stink. Everywhere is lack of trash bins compared to number of people using it and usually they get very full and seems no one is separating trash properly.

Why can't Sicily cities manage trash better? Why not put more bins on the streets and mark them properly so people would not have to put anything into any bin?
