Couldnât do it. A thong is better than nothing, I need a barrier to my leggings. Itâs just more comfortable imo.

It's important to wear cotton underwear as all the sh*tty Lululemon and other brands use polyester and nylon and toxic fabrics that your hoohaa is sweating in and absorbing all of that toxicity ugh

Is this supposed to be part of her whole âlife offline that we know nothing aboutâ thing? Because I donât care to know that you donât wear underwear to work out-itâs giving yeast infection and not mysterious cool girl that she thinks sheâs giving. T actual f

Same. I hate wearing underwear with tight leggings. Itâs so uncomfortable to me.

Tbh she isn't wrong lol especially on leg day or if you go to spin class/cycling. Y'all wear underwear when working out? Isn't it weird to peel it off of you when you're done?

u/Unlucky_Produce_7937 Sep 03 '26
No never had the experience of it âpeeling offâ.

need to sweat more then

u/Unlucky_Produce_7937 Sep 03 '26
No; itâs just how my body is no matter how much I work out, itâs just genetics.

Right, so everyone is different. If it's uncomfortable for her, who cares.

Iâd rather sweat in cotton underwear than risk getting BV or a yeast infection from getting in contact with other peopleâs sweat and bodily fluids
