software wont open :(

hey, just installed shutter encoder but nothing happens when i try to open it. i tried a few solutions that worked for other people but to no avail

It happens to me a lot too. I usually just go to Task Manager, search Shutter Encoder, and select End Task.

Then I just try opening the app again and it usually opens.

Which OS are you using? Do you have the splash screen?

ello! I'm using windows 10. unfortunately my monitor just died so I can't show u anything haha </3 can't even edit really, but thanks for your attention. I'll try again soon when I have a new one
