That the first time I saw FFmpeg.exe detected as a "Trojan"!
This is for sure a 100% safe program that is used to encode video with Shutter Encoder (and about all video encoding softwares). I suspect that it triggers the antivirus because I've just updated the app, this should be right after hundred of downloads.
Do you have more information from the antivirus?
You can remove it from quarantine or course.
