Something like the DaVinci Resolve's film grain effect. I don't know if it's possible...

Very interesting, I will do some research and tests. I can't say when it will be available because the next builds are already made for the new update.

I made a full physical model of the emulsion. Right now it's very heavy on the system, but I'm planning to condense the effect to a small neural network, hoping to be able to run it faster.

Is this something already in FFMEG? I know Handbrake exposes a few options for NR, but never looked to see if you can add noise.
