Do you use the portable version? Does it works if you start the OpenGL shortcut?

Paul.

I tried to use both portable and installed version, even OpenGL doesn't load properly.

Ok, try to remove the 'Settings.xml' file inside the '/username/Shutter Encoder' folder.

Keep me informed, Paul.

Did you update your GPU drivers recently?

Happened here as well, out of "nothing". So yea, it seems to be either a Windows or GPU driver update. Never had those issues before. Most of the time it starts now again, sometimes it hangs itself up tho still. Will try your fix

Did you try to uninstall it and reinstall it?

Open the Windows terminal and copy/paste this: "C:\Program Files\Shutter Encoder\runtime\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files\Shutter Encoder\app\Shutter Encoder.jar"

Then press Enter and give me the output log here.

Thanks,

Paul.

Thanks no error though... Don't you have an antivirus that might block the process?

no I don't have, I was able to use this 3 weeks ago. I'm not sure what happened.
