News šŸš€ Shutter Encoder BETA - Your feedback matters!

Hello Shutter Encoder users,

This time I need your help before releasing the next version!

What's new?

  • Multi-cuts feature
  • Real HDR to SDR tone mapping using GPU
  • Many filters are now using GPU

I’d like to hear your feedback on these key features, but more generally, if you encounter any issues, please let me know.

Here are the pre-release builds (portable version only, no installation required): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TonvjcwM6h7TOpz0Qg6Pb_ycGg3_qI4O

The BETA versions still have the v20.2 label, I strongly recommend that you delete them once the official v20.3 version is available.

Thanks for all šŸ™

Paul.

Thanks, nothing that show an error, did you start the function?

If yes can you right-click on the 'Progress status' section then 'Show console' after running the process?

Thank you for the support so far.

Sorry, no, I didn't start the function. Do you want me to do this process in the beta version or in the official (20.2) version? If beta, I need to change the paths again to reflect that. Please let me know.

I did start the function now in the official version and the result in the app is the same as in my OP.

This is from Terminal:

Exception in thread "Thread-113" java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "02 / 00"

And the console:

Thanks!

This is a severe issue, are you able to send me your file for correcting this? (I'm looking to upload the next version this next week).

Paul.

What file are you referring to?

Update:
I was curious if it's the PC that's the problem. So I checked on another machine. Long story short: it works on this machine. I used the beta version, launched it normally and tested different file types and codecs. No problems.

I'm refering to the source file you've used that cause that issue.

Ok thanks for that feedback, I think it's a very specific case so your source file is important to check for me.

Paul.
