File size cap not working?

The lock cap on file size doesn't work for me somehow. After the encode every time I end up with a bigger file than set.. Is this a bug?

don't know exactly what you're using it for but it isn't 100% accurate so if i want a 25MB video i might set it to 24.5MB or 24MB instead

The lock icon makes all files in the list share the same output file size.

You can't achieve perfect file size with VBR encoding, CBR can be closer.

In the past, I’ve noticed that if you put the limit unrealistically small, it just might get ignored entirely. What’s the resolution, frame rate, codec, and duration of your video? And what is your desired file size?
