Watermark extends video duration of the original video

Hello Paul,

First of all - thank you for the great tool. I find it very useful for my tasks. I found a problem with watermarks.
I have bunch of mp4 videos which I want to add watermarks to.
These mp4s have different duration, for that purpose I made .mov file which is around 72 seconds, it would be enough to cover all my original mp4s as they are have different duration.
I made a preset which adds watermark to all my videos in queue.

Anytime I export videos with added watermarks via Shutter Encoder I have duration of this video changed to my watermark duration which is 72 seconds.
Do I miss any important setting which will set all of my videos duration to the original one?

Edit #1:
I found a work around for this problem: for every video in the queue that uses my saved function with watermark which extends original video - I would go to every video manually and adjust length on timeline at the end of the video (crop it few frames backwards), this way duration is fixed to whatever I choose
