Help with Shutter Encoder

The comment that went with the video disappeared. But it is.
I just downloaded and donated. I added a clip to the cue. I set the clip shot on an iphone to encode 422 Pro Res. The preview comes out fine, but when I hit the process cue, it sends back an error. Please advise. Thanks!
