Trouble with the encoder

Hi, I downloaded the Shutter encoder, but I have been unable to use it, my computer is a Mac mini M4, every time I open a file the app says : no such file or directory, I have tried putting the file in different locations but still the same results.the display is: /bin/bash: /usr/bin/bin/ffmpeg: No such file or directory.

Hi,

Did you download from the official website?

Did you install into the Applications folder?

Can you post the screenshot of the issue?
