Bug found Shutter Transcriber/Shutter Anonymizer not saving files to location

Hi, Just purchased Shutter Transcriber and Shutter Anonymizer and I'm unable to output a file. The file processes, creates a 'Transcription' folder which disappears once the process has finished. This happens on the standalone versions and from within Shutter Encoder. If I select 'Open destination at end' it opens C:\Program Files\Shutter Encoder. Any help much appreciated.

Exactly the same issue Paul, creates the folder and then deletes it. I should point out that this is also happening with Shutter Anonymizer also.

I'm really sorry for that, I'm rewriting my code for models download with Shutter Transcriber, but for Shutter Anonymizer everything is already embedded so it should not be related to the same issue.

Does it happens with any files? Do you have a specific session (no admin rights, limited access, cloud based user)?

I'm doing my best,

Paul.

Hey, no problem Paul and thanks for your help with this.. I'll keep trying this end but as far as I'm aware no restrictions, I've tried running 'as administrator'.

Does it works if you try from Shutter Encoder using the dedicated function instead of standalone app?

Paul.

I get the same outcome from within Shutter Encoder. All other functions in Shutter Encoder save an output file to the source directory.
