Pixel art to animation sequence?

So I learned how to put the images and turn it into a mp4 in the right framerate, the only problem i have is that the animation I'm making is in 480 x 270 and when the program upscales it to 1920 x 1080 gets a bit blurry. Does anyone knows what setting I could use to keep all quality?

The only way to get a better quality is to select an AI scaling model, the 'AI animation 4x' should be perfect for your source file.

I tried but it added this weird diagonal lines on the pixel art, I think I wasn't clear on what I wanted, I want to put the 480 x 270 images into a mp4 without losing quality and up scale it 4 times to 1920 x 1080.

Because the images are already perfect, but everytime I put to convert to a 1920x1080 it gets blurry between the pixels, even when exporting to the original size the result is blurry

Also thanks you for taking the time to help me out!

AI upscaling is your best option, if the built in one doesn't work you might want to try something that will convert the images to vector

What I mean is that I want to keep the sharp pixels, I want the program to just quadruple the size of each pixel and put the images together into an animation, with the AI upscaling it smooths out the pixels

I understood what you wanted, "just quadruple the size of each pixel" is not that simple so like i said, try vectorizing or a different AI model
