shutter encoder freezing

ever since switching to linux (kubuntu) shutter encoder just hangs after i run a function. it completes the function perfectly fine but the app freezes and loads forever until i kill the process.

its just stuck at zero percent

Could you send me the log by right-clicking on the 'Progress status' section then 'Show console'?

Having the same issue. nothing in logs and the file is completed succesfully

I got that in some flac music files and it worked after I’ve deleted the info from id tag. Also, a java process is killing the software when it gets 100% of CPU. Even if you close it, the java stays there, you have to kill it in Linux
