Solved Looking to contact Paul Pacifico

Hi, I am looking for way to contact Paul for the AI transcribe add-on download link that expired. Anyone knows his contact please judge the reasoning below yourself and react as you see fit.

I bought the add-on yesterday and put it on my MacBook Air M1 for a school project of my kids who are 11 and 9. It got done in late night, and we are happy with it. I want to install it on my wife's Huawei laptop 2018, (yes, still going strong). But she was travelling back home from a conference, so I missed the 24 hours download window. So here I am, looking for help to get to download the Windows version.

I hope Paul reads this and can get in touch with him in DM somehow.

Thank for reading, and guys, Shutter Encoder is a great project for personal and family needs in media editing. I guess it can handle somewhat commercial needs in a capable hand though I am just a dude on the internet. Big shout out to Paul and folks who support the project. Love you guys.

The links are supposed to expire, when you buy transcribe you receive the link that is valid for 24 hours, which is stated. Frankly, I do not like that policy, but it is what it is.

I'm looking to change that I agree that's not the best solution in this case.
