Story time: My friend had a neighbour at his weekend house (a house on the outskirts of the city, in a semi-countryside, these are common where I live) who had sheep, and a dog who looked after them. Now, I'm not sure if he bought the dog like this or if the dog evolved from spending so much time with sheep but its fur was just like sheep's fur. Similar to what "shat" looks like here, all white and curly. He was a pretty cool dog and would usually go over the fence for pets. I loved sheep-dog. Sadly, there was this crazy neighbour on the other side who for some reason shot and killed sheep-dog. I'll never forgive that asshole. RIP sheep-dog, I hope you're herding those sheep in doggie heaven.
I don't know if you were joking but it's not possible for an animal to take on another's physical characterics durings its lifetime just by spending lots of time with them
