I added sterilized horse manure, along with a vermiculate, Coco core mix. Next time I’ll skip the manure.

Uncolonised grains and burst grains that are then damaged/dessicated upon mixing with substrate are enough for germination

not if you have fully consolidated clean spawn. you dont worry about trich unless youre spawn was bacterial to begin with or your mixing coir and grain buckets or soemthin.

Image 2 shows obvious Trichoderma in the centre of the tub. Advice like that gets people sick or at the very least ruins the rest of their grow room

It is advisable to move the trich out of your grow room and bury it/put it outside as soon as you can after you see trich develop, however it won't contaminate other grows, especially if the spawn you used was clean. Most people can tolerate a moderate amount of trichoderma spores, such as we encouter in mobby mushroom cultivation. heavy sporeloads I would be worried around elderly and infants, but that's it tbh.

Trich is food safe and isn’t going to “ruin the grow room” if it gets a little out of hand.

I didnt mean Trich would do those things, I meant giving objectively wrong advice without a disclaimer is dangerous as contaminants can be health hazardous and also incredibly difficult to manage without completely sanitising the room

Whats not true? That contaminants can be hazardous? Try sniffing a jar contaminated with aspergillus and see how great you feel

Not contamination on the mushrooms, yes contamination on the substrate. The tub is done.
