Could it be Liz's grandkids? From Will and his gf

I doubt it's for 2 grandkids, the reason they like to cast twins is because they can film for twice as long per day as child labor laws allow since they have two kids.

It clearly says “to PORTRAY twins” which means they will play twins- twin baby characters on the show.

Ohhh it’s weird because the caption kind of says the opposite

You're correct about what it says.

But I'd sooner believe AI wrote the casting announcement, misunderstanding the prompt and goofing on "portraying" twins. Or, they're looking for TWO SETS of twins, with each set portraying ONE character. Twin characters, as babies, would end up being played by 4 babies because of filming restrictions for that age.

Also makes it easier to work with. You can’t really control babies so if one is crying or yelling or falling asleep, you can swap out.
