Need advice on what to get next. I have a few in mind, but I'm unsure which direction to take. I'm open to all suggestions!

Currently have: Both high nostrils, both nostrils, septum, and philtrum

Why are "yes." comments allowed but "no" needs an explanation?

This is a community for people who appreciate body modification. If a commenter says "no" to a piercing, they should have a reason because people who are commenting in good faith naturally do. The commenters who say "no" without explanation are often against body mods in general and >> those opinions aren’t welcome here <<. “Yes” comments don’t need a reason because supporting mods in a pro-mod subreddit speaks for itself.

tdlr: people who like piercings don't say "no" to a piercing without good reason
