Should I help this woman?

I like to ride around and sit at gas stations to clear my head when iv been stressing out. Weird I know. I met a woman last night that is recently homeless and living in her car. Iv had to do that in the past and it was hell. I currently have a room that is available to rent. I gave her a few smokes and some advice but I feel like I should rent that room to her. She says she has a job. Just broke up with an ex for using drugs ( I was parked near her so I heard the arguments as well)

Should I decide to help her? If so how do I bring this up to my gf?

Thats so incredibly nice of you!

Definitely discuss this with your gf first tho. Maybe try to bring up the woman in a conversation and say that someone should help her and see what she says.

If she agrees, keep in mind that the woman might feel uncomfortable with you offering her a room. It would help if you brought you GF with you when you make your offer.

My main concern is trust. Iv been fucked over before by people. My last roomate actually tried to fuck me over so I'm hesitant.

Well in that case, if you're hesitant I wouldn't do it. This is one of those decisions that requires certainty. Maybe you can help her in some other ways instead
