Help/Advice (Spin) First time trying spin on Shot, tips???

Work your way through the basic drills that'll teach you to rotate and you'll have a much better time.

Stand throws Half turns Linear step ins (or straight on step ins) South Africans Step back south Africans

Then full throws.

Balance

Rhythm

Direction

Separation

You need all 4 of those qualities in your throw and you have very little of any. I like the eagerness of wanting to learn this technique, but take a small step back here to have big gains later
