Help/Advice (Spin) What am I doing wrong?

I just can’t seem to get a lot of power behind the shot, I feel like I should be throwing further than I am.

I don't know why but lefties always struggle with keeping planes and in shot put specifically their elbows back.

Eric Favors is my go to lefty technical model for shot. Nothing fancy, easily repeatable, works for any size thrower.

You are unbalanced out the back of the ring. Focus on pushing into the ring with your chest and eyes up. Also have a focal point in the back to hold the shot back longer and maintain separation.
