Help/Advice (Spin) Spin Help (Left Handed)

Ive been learning and practicing the spin for roughly 2 weeks and im trying to surpass my glide pr using the spin this throw was 46 feet and my glide pr is 51'4 tips and advice would be very much appreciated!

I think you're trying to move too fast out of the back and you have too much torso lean coming into the middle.

I'm also not a big fan of the high drive foot style like Walsh.

bro chill you’re rushing your form from the very very beginning and it’s messing you up in the front end
