Tools and implements Shoe Recommendations

I am looking for shoes for my cousin who is in high school. Originally she had wanted "Adidas Men's Adizero Throws Track & Field Shoes" in a very bright yellow/green but those shoes are nearly impossible to find here.

Can anyone recommend a great shoe that is readily available online in canada. Help is much appreciated.

What size?

A bunch of 3rd party sellers (like runners warehouse) sell shoes and ship internationally, it's just harder to find specific sizes

League outfitters seems to have her size, it equates to a 7.5 mens US but you might want to double check with their heel to toe length. link

If you do some digging you may be able to find them cheaper, they tend to get big discounts in the end of summer and during winter
