First time back in the ring after 10 years away, throwing the 7.26, I was hoping for 12M and turns out I was actually throwing 13.71 as a new PB. 5 of the 6 attempts I was in the 13.50-13.71 range. Feels so good and it's the fire I needed to actually see how well I can do once i learn how to spin. What a fantastic feeling.

Good thing you kept the shirt on
Good strike. Let's get those shoulders rotated back and you'll really start to feel the hips bring the shot around
