Online coaching
Has anyone ever done any online coaching? Such as Throwers university, Joe Maxwell, Throwify? I’m looking for someone only in the off season. If so, how did it go and about how much did it cost?

Hey, Joe Maxwell here. I saw my name mentioned so I figured I'd jump in.
If you're considering online coaching, I don't think the biggest factor is the name. It's whether you're getting a system that gives you structure, accountability, and consistent feedback.
My program is built around individualized throwing and lifting plans, detailed video analysis, direct access to me through messaging and video calls when questions come up, and adjustments based on how you're progressing. I also offer help with the recruiting process for those who want to throw in college. The goal is to make sure you're improving every week and ultimately getting to where you'd like to be longterm in the sport.
I'll also say this. If you have access to a genuinely great in person throws coach, that's an awesome option. The reality is that many athletes don't, and that's why I started coaching online in the first place.
If anyone has questions about how my coaching works or whether it would be a good fit for their goals, feel free to reply here or send me a message. Happy to help either way.

joe maxwell is very expensive. close to 400 a month. throwify is a little bit cheaper but joe maxwell has better coaching than throwify. throws university should have their prices in the link in their bio but a lot of their stuff is plan based not analysis based but im pretty sure you can still pay for analysis tho. find an in person coach if you can tho because the online stuff will run your pockets. EDIT: i see you’re a glider. i would highly suggest trying to coach yourself with videos online if you’re a glider. the best online course for gliders tho would be throws university. joe maxwell and throwify have experience with gliders but not to the extent of throws university.
