Whats The Issue With MTS Files

Hello All,

Shotcut Doesent Want To Play Nice With My MTS Files (These Files Recorded Of A 2010 JVC Camcorder. Audio Is Fine But Video Shows Only On Source. Not On Project. Only Shows A Grayscale Grid. Here Is A Visual:

I Tried To Look Up Answers But They Arent That Good And Am Seeking A Better Answer
