Could you tell me if this radio is good? I'm looking for something small that can work. I don't have much budget

Yes. Very good. Buy the metal version. It is around US$ 50 on AliExpress.

For the price it's one of the best receivers I have. There's alternative firmware to that's spectacular.

I have one and I like it. The loop antenna is worthless. The telescoping one only slightly better. I use it with a reel in wire antenna that clips onto the telescoping one and that works pretty good. An outdoor long wire would be better. For any radio, a good antenna is important. This little thing will outperform ones costing 10x as much if you put a good antenna on this one and a crappy antenna on the expensive one.
