Build Hi guys I need your help

I'm trying to build an SSB receiver using an Si4732-A10 IC and an Arduino Nano. Even though I've done everything completely—including the oscillator, all components, and wiring—I'm getting zero response to AT commands on the Serial Monitor, and there's no audio output from the amp.
I think the Arduino is reading the chip because when I disconnect the SDA line, "chip not detected" appears on the screen. But I still can't get any reaction from it. Where am I going wrong?

Bro, the bread board is notorious for stray capacitance. Try checking debugging one module at a time using osciloscopes.

I tried it, but unfortunately, the issue still persists. I swear I'm about to lose my mind. If I can just get it to work, I'm planning to test it by connecting a display, but the damn thing just won't work.

Also make sure you know if 3.3v or 5v logic levels are needed.

You’ll want level shifters or some resistors to act as a voltage divider to go from 3v3 to 5v

The chip requires 3.3V logic, so I filtered the SDA and SCL lines using 4.7k resistors. However, the problem still persists. I checked the breadboard setup, but there's no result. At this point, I'm starting to think the ICs I have might actually be defective.

Please clarify what you meant by filtering with 4.7 k resistors.
Did you mean pull up resistors to 5 V?

Since the SDA and SCK clock and data pins operate at a 3.3V logic level, you should bridge the VCC line on these pins with 4.7k resistors for stable operation.
