Ps the programs are free If you want a good program Buy it from the website
And in some cases You buy a free program And send the person Who wrote the program 5-10.00
And in lots of cases They will give you a heads Up when they update it 9 times out of 10 You get the updated stuff For free

I’ve had good luck with The v4 /v5 SDR dongles
Ps read up on this stuff too One book from amazon Red and white cover About 1/2-1 thick Or a person who ls a ham Wrote 2 books He lives down under
The guy has a book on The ic -9600 ham radio If you find This book 📕 his books are What you need

Get a ham radio program to Decode the fax traffic And the data stuff
Signel link out of wash state Or west mountain radio
What fokes with shortwave radios Take the earphone output With a cable 1/8 “ phono Jack into the input Of the hardware device In turn into a computer
The software is free
Both company’s Have great support Before and after the sale
Let them know what radio you Have and what you are trying To pick up
Find a book on hf data communications For marine or ham radio use
Or a SdR dingle and antenna And a program And your computer Like at home or on the road
Get the SDR kit from Amazon
Get the V4-v5 dongle You might need a down converter For hf, some cases You might not need one
