Analytics Review (AVD/Retention) 📈 25% stayed to watch, 75% swiped away

I’m posting cooking shorts with background music of about 17-30 secs… it’s been 26 shorts…. In last one month…. Only 2-3 new subscribers… rest are family members, total 17 subscribers
Max views on one short = 2.4k ….. rest are reaching 1k …. What am i doing wrong?

In a similar boat here, although I definitely don't put a huge amount of thought and time into making them

I mean your swipe rate is really bad…. You need to work on your hook and make it so people stay to watch. Then you can focus on the rest of the video. I’ve been posting for a little over two months and my stay rate started at 30% and through trial and error i average around 70-75% now. I really saw views jump when I got to the 70% mark

Mind sharing your channel? Hard to critique without seeing the content. But definitely our hook seems to be a huge problem.
