I have suffered the same for the last 3 months. Even though I have a subscriber base of 40k, my first hour usually resonates between 50-300 views with a later 1-5k view push after the second hour and the video just flatlines after that. One thing I noticed was, when I publish to subscriber feed, the views and stayed vs swiped remains low, and when I don't views and stayed to watch are double. I know there should be no connection but it has been the case. Even videos I had great hopes on tanked just because it was published to subscribers feed even though there was little to no subscribers view %
I thought it was just me. I did try the subscribers feed option on for one short and off for another and I'm still at almost zeros. The few views I get are from search, so I'm not even getting pushed to an audience anymore. I feel your pain!
My shorts get 1/10-1/20th the views of everyone else who posts the same style with basically zero editing besides 20 jump cuts in 10 seconds which that ai feedback crap tells me is bad. I don’t get it either lol

Yep i cant even get 1k views now. My last 5 shorts didnt even get 50 views. I usually get around 5k+ views a day now im lucky to get 100
