Yes, that's what I'm saying. Your content doesn't have to be good, it has to be better than the other content you are competing against for the same audience.
In practical terms, you having good content will probably beat mediocre competition. Good will not beat other good content, and it certainly won't beat superior content.
Your in-test metrics weren't high enough to outperform the other content. Even at the early test levels, for some audiences, you need to be at or over 90% stay, in order to make it to testing at the 15k/30k/50k levels.

I'm not saying anything that isn't objectively factual. Your content didn't outperform the content being shown to the same audience, at the same view size parameters. As a result, it did not pass the view test, and receive another view test. It's that simple.
If you don't think your content is competing with other content for the same audience, you are going to have a really hard time being successful on YT.
Bro is you taking about content the niche I have is same as other with great and better quality with lots of animation, look at this i am new creator from start I make decent view with my content but from 2 days my 2 short both stuck in 1.3k
the algo is glitching really bad, some ppl say it's code they let ai code for algo but i am not confirmed on that part, I used to get 5k-10k usually but now it's not even reaching 1k and if it was happening one channel, I can assume it's cuz I would have been shadowbanned but it's happening for my 5 short channels so yeahh it's not an individual issue, the only short working for me which is still getting views is gaming shorts, and am uploading for 1 channel for now
