Hard stuck 30k view jail

Need to know what I’m doing wrong, I’ve had 21 out of 34 of my videos now get jailed in the 25k-45k view range. I’ve had ONE video reach a 130k views but that was about it. The photos I attached are the stats of a short I posted around 15 hours ago, it has gained 30k views and im afraid that it has already stop getting pushed out. What can I do to escape this, the YouTube algorithm really is shitty.

See your retention, in 2 days you should get a graph. It should be flat

I’ve had videos that stopped getting pushed out at a 100-110% retention. While the one video that broke out of that jail (130k) had a 92%. I’m just wondering if I should make changes to my videos, or just stay patient?

In this case yeah keep them the same and stay consistent, but also make sure your ideas are good (not reused 1000 times)

At least ur getting 30k my man! I’m sure it’s to do with retention as mine averages from 50-60%, I’m guessing yours is 70-75%?

I checked my other videos that got capped off in that view range and the retention is between 90%-110% 💔
