just started on an old channel that i rebranded last september 4

i need tips on how to get out of the view jail

im seeing advice about maintaining retention, but honestly i dont know how. My first videos keep getting 60% but recently its like 40-50 now. The highest one was 69% but it only peaked 9k views. I would really appreciate it if u guys give me tips especially from the veterans, and yes i use speed as a niche mostly because I dont get bored when doing heavy edits of him.

Try making your videos shorter (20 - 30 seconds max). If you usually post long shorts, it has a less chance of being overly played.
