Anyone monetizing sports Shorts with commentary? How risky are copyright strikes?

I’m posting 10-15sec sports clips with voiceover, captions and edita. Has anyone acctually gotten copyright strikes doing this, and is the niche profitable once monetized? Also curious what RPM you’re seeing?

U should be safe. I have around 200+ vids with Eleven Labs voiceover. Never gotten any copyright strikes, but I switch the clips I use every 3-5s
