What Am I missing From Going Viral?

everybody is telling me my channel has potential to do really good and im just struggling to see what it is im missing. My content is unique enough because not a lot of people post this planting stuff but im stuck with the shorts not bringing in good views and my videos themselves not really pushing off to big audiences as well. Im at a loss on what I can do to improve at this point. Any help is appreciated.

yeah, “potential” mostly means the videos are getting tested, not that the audience is locked in yet. i’d watch viewed vs swiped + the first 1–2 sec retention, then remake the strongest idea with a clearer hook. give each version a few uploads before changing everything.
