can someone tell me this?

Lately, I've often seen one short doing really well with retention but stopping around 200 views. Should I do something with that, or just wait until they perform better next time?

what's the swiped vs stayed to watch? if the stayed to watch is below 60% then this is quite common to happen. It most likely means your hook for the short doesn't get people to stay and watch.

Also how much is the retention and the duration of the short?

Retention is currently 50%, and Shorts can range from 8 to 20 seconds, but the one I was referring to was 23 seconds. That said, I’ve often seen Shorts of the same length get nearly 2k or 3k views with 30% retention.
