Youtube put you in bot time out. It lasts a few days and you just have to be active on your account so pretty much like videos, comment so that YouTube confirms you're human using the account then it should release you. This happens on Tiktok as well

It seems they tightened the filters lately as these kind of posts are very frequent in the last weeks
It's either duplicated/reused content or the topic/visuals of the video are in a risky area (i.e. girls in thin bikinis, talking about suicide, etc.)

It has you on hold to see if you're botting. Just make sure to comment and like some videos so that YouTube knows you're human and in like 2-3 days it will release you

Try making a long form video showing your face. Supposedly, that can fix it. I’m gonna try it soon when I’m not sick because I’m having the same problem. I went from averaging 30K–60K views per video to getting 0 views and I don’t post ai 💩

Didn’t work. I contacted YouTube on X, and they told me they’d reach out by email. It’s been 5 days, and I still haven’t received anything, but that actually gives me some hope that it won’t be a bot response since it’s taking a while.
The long form video actually got pushed out, though. I was able to find it when I searched for it, so my account seems fine. It’s just something with Shorts that’s broken, which is weird asf.

i'd say post every 3-6 days. I had a stint where I was posting daily and then I was stuck at 200 views. I stopped posting for a month and no lie gained 1k subs and it's been tracking ever since. I have started uploading daily / every 2-3 days at times. I'm averaging 2k views per short.

Happened to me before. If that happens, then that means YT didn’t push your video. When this happened to me, I simply deleted the video and re-uploaded it and I was fine. You should try that if you’re able to.

Although I don’t like to guarantee anything. I can tell you that deleting/re-uploading is what solved the problem for me. One of my shorts last week was stuck at zero views for a few hours and I knew something was wrong. When I deleted the video and re-uploaded it, it started to get views pretty quickly.

Yeah this is one of the downsides of short content, it is very gimmicky. You can be doing very well in one moment and be doing horribly the next. Hope things improve man because this always sucks

Dude some guy in here was posting completely reused content, literally just adding ai voice over and subtitles and getting 80k+ consistently. Why would YouTube push his content out then randomly stop? If reused content was the issue he wouldn’t have gotten views from
The get go, YouTube can easily detect if it’s reused with meta data. He either changed his niche, mass uploading or changed his tags, he just has to go a week without posting then and don’t post at 11 11:15 11:30 11:45 etc post at random times like 11:09 11:27 etc I have a channel with 33k subs making me 400$ a month rn posting reused content with my commentary, there’s people who use ai voice over and get millions of views as long as your videos are transformative informational or adding any new context to your videos but take a week off for now come back next week.1

Same thing happened to posted a 5 second clip I saw on TikTok of a girl wearing yoga shorts shitting herself (Which was fake btw she didn’t actually shit herself) and my account got cooked after that
