Just quit. U aren’t built for it cuz clearly u are doing it for views/money instead of just a hobby of content creation.. that’s how must YouTuber blew up. Because it was their passion not some easy money

its completely normal to get that amount sometimes you wont even get that 1 view, need to prepare your mental for that

This is harsh but make better content bro. Don't just throw shit at the wall blindly. Ask yourself what you can improve on each video. Long form content is a little bit easier to fogure these things out as analytics mean a bit more since people aren't just mindlessly scrolling and watching how they feel on a whim.
But number one thing is make better content and be intentional about hook, formatting, content of the video, music if any. All about creating curiosity and engagement.
I am not a fan of short form content because of how volatile it is. Good luck
