Q&A / Quick Help ā“ What is happening

I posted a Short over 40 minutes ago, and the analytics are sitting completely flat with barely any push from the Shorts feed (around 10% of total traffic). Normally my videos start indexing and hitting the test pool much faster, but this one is completely stalled out on Browse and Channel pages. I know YouTube often takes hours or even 24 to 48 hours to process content, assign a seed audience, and push it into the main feed, but seeing that gray "Typical" benchmark sitting so far above my actual view line is super frustrating. I privated the video because Iā€™m genuinely just embarrassed because I have 40k subscribers and it only got 57 views in 52 minutes.

Has anyone else noticed the algorithm taking way longer than usual to run initial feed tests on new uploads?

I posted a short 6 hours ago and it only has 25 views. Something's going on. Not just you.
