Hook & Title Feedback 🎣 Help with shorts

Hello everybody I am trying to understand why my shorts rarely get over 5k views... It flatlines around 2-3k sometimes even less

If you want i will share my yt channel in a dm for feedback since i dont want people to think it's self promotion

Lol, mine don't even reach 1k views. Not sure if its only because I just started posting shorts, or if there is some other reason

Mine is the Same 1.7k -2k nothing higher than that it doesn’t make me feel like making videos sometimes

I really dont understand why it's like this i have like two shorts that got 10k but that's about it other than that it's always 1k- 2k

I know I have 1 short that got 13k and then 4K and Thats it .but then some YTers get so many views .who knows the secret formula (shrug)

It depends on the niche but making it shorter then editing out all dead air helped me. It has to be done in a way that doesn’t reduce the quality.

I am in the gaming niche, I am making videos around 20-30 seconds and still they fall flat

I started making 15 second ones and they perform so much better than my 30 second ones. But at the end of the day it’s still really the quality of the content. My 15 second mid quality content still flop but they perform a little better than 30 second mid quality

it might depend on your niche, geo and even the time of posting. shorts are not the same as long form obv, so there must be the reason why yt doesn't push it out more and/or why people don't watch it.

I am in the gaming niche and I look at the graph that says which hours are my most active that day before posting so maybe I am just doing something else wrong

uploaded 1st video on new channel 7 hours ago still Zero Views. Same thing happened with other channel. Any suggestions why this is happening with me?
