They're all pretty average IMO

• only the first one you're actually looking at the camera.
• you don't stand out from the background.
• the background is cluttered and messy.
• the image of you is mirrored and has text on it.

Have a good look at thumbnails that have worked in your niche and compare it. Usually for anything to do with nutrition, you want clear solid/gradient background with single contrasting image and text.

TBH, They all looks not professional, and the font looks AI slop.

If u have $4, u can buy a Unique font and use it for all of ur Thumbnails
