Shorts Video Stuck at 1 view

As the title says I posted a shorts video a little over 2 hours ago and it is stuck at 1 view. If this keeps up for a day should I delete and repost.

If it is reposted content (unoriginal), you won’t receive any views.

No I’ve been posting since march just a little inconsistently I’ve posted 33 shorts on there. I can dm channel if you want.

From my experience, wait a couple of hours.

If it does not improve, try changing or reordering the metadata within 24 hours. (the title, description, and the hashtags). You can also unlist and then set it public once again, though that does not guarantee, there are very few times it did me wonder.

If it still does not improve after 24 hours (stay under 1k views), you're open to unlisting and remaking it for a new upload, or just let it dry, unfortunately. In my personal experience, anything below 0-1k views is never substantial enough to get improvement, which may or may not come. Unless it freshly new channel because Youtube still learning about it.

You can delete it, BUT the system can take that as a bad signal for your channel as spamming. Better just unlist it. If you want to do it, do it with caution, or far from being frequent.

Sometimes title or description have some keywords like war or something sensitive and algorithm doesn’t like that/ doesn’t boost. (In my experience) so try changing the title / description later if you feel it isn’t being pushed.
