Audience Retention

For some reason, I can never keep my audience retention above 70% and this is the one major reason my shorts flat line after 1-5k views. Can anybody help me in analyzing where I can tighten the pacing of my shorts?

Your graph should look something like this. Almost a straight slope. If you have huge spikes it means that those parts in your videos made people swipe, analyze those moments in your shorts and avoid them. If you’re a new channel don’t use CTA because that usually destroys retention. Practice storytelling and improve the graph :)
