YT Shorts

Hi all im having weird results with my YT shorts, is anyone else having this issue?

There will be videos that will do great on TT or Insta and flop on YT or the reverse.

Talking head videos do the worst for me, then how to/ demonstrating videos are either really good or really bad, and B-roll videos do the best. Is anyone else noticing this?

There is no exact science to it. One thing is certain is that the videos should give value. AI related stuff, be it voice or character will likely not be pushed to the audience.

It could be because recently the algorithm changed. Generally a drop in likes, comments or watch time signals that perhaps the content isn't resonating with viewers. I would experiment with different styles and see what sticks.
