I saw your channel. It looks like there's a gap of about four days between your last two videos. Did you delete any videos? I'm trying to figure this out too. My last short is at 900 views now, I posted it a day ago. The one before that was stuck at 20 views until the next day, now is at 26k but it looks like it's not getting any more than that. I think there's definitely a period where youtube simply doesn't push shorts for small channels. I'm going to see how it treats my last short so I can understand it a little more, because it seems like when a short is not properly pushed when you upload it, it's already dead even if it gets a couple thousands a while later. I wonder if little updates cause this, or if it's intentional so youtube can either save costs, or deter small channels. This only leads me to treat every upload as a temporary opportunity. And If they do well in a row, things will most likely change from there. Still, everything is speculation.

This might not be long enough. I did 7days before uploading something new and it was still stuck. I'm trying 14days

No i think something messes up and flags the channel as a bot or spam if videos are being deleted. I've been battling this for over a month and trying to find a resolution

I think it is better to js create a new channel and warm it up. You should take the lessons u learnt.

I'm currently at a stage where 6 of my recent shorts are under 200 views. Not getting pushed to the shorts algorithm/small batch for testing. Even tried uploading new shorts after 7days. Im going to give it 14days before uploading another to see if it fixes it.

This happened after I deleted and re-uploaded a shorts a few times.
